If you’re feeling overwhelmed or stuck, as if you’re on the wrong path and struggling to find your way, I’d like to reassure you that it’s never too late to live a life you truly love.

You can overcome self-doubt and find the clarity and confidence you need to get back on track, with the simple, sustainable method I have developed in my programme Mindful Journalling in Action – Live a life you love!

This guided approach combines the modalities of mindfulness and ACT with journalling and can be done in a group or one-to-one setting either online or in person in the Bury St Edmunds area.
